Anglesey Property Co. - Estate Agents on the East Coast of Anglesey
Anglesey Property Company is an independent business established in 1968 by a family who believed in providing a quality and caring service for both vendors and purchasers.
Through huge changes in the estate agency profession and personal illnesses, the business survived through hard work and a determination that clients always received high standards of service. Anglesey Property Company is now in its 54th year and continues to be run by Karen Jolly, the last surviving member of the family with a wealth of knowledge of the selling market on the east coast and as sole proprietor of Anglesey Property Company continues to provide the same quality and caring service.
Marketing your Property
Anglesey Property Company can be contacted by telephone or email, to arrange an appointment to visit your property to advise and discuss the valuation. On receiving your instructions to proceed to market the property to include proof of suitable identification to meet regulatory requirements, Anglesey Property Company would prepare draft sale particulars, to which we pay particular attention, and a copy would be forwarded to you for approval, together with confirmation of our terms of business.
On receiving your approval of our sale particulars, copies would be sent to suitable prospective purchasers from our large mailing list which covers buyers from all over the country and abroad. We do our utmost to match the property to the right potential purchaser. The property would be advertised on the internet on this web site, Rightmove and onthemarket.
All viewers are accompanied, this assists us to provide the best feedback from the prospective purchasers to enable us to keep you fully informed of their reaction to your property.
On receiving an offer we obtain as much information as possible from the prospective purchaser regarding their position i.e. whether they have cash, have sold their own property, and if so we check the chain if there is one, if the purchaser requires a mortgage etc., to enable you to reach an informed decision. If you accept an offer, we would then contact both the vendors and the purchaser’s solicitors once all regulatory identification has been provided.
During the legal process of conveyancing, we would maintain contact with all parties, keeping you fully informed of progress. Once contracts have been exchanged and your solicitor has notified us that completion has taken place, we would release the keys to the new owners.
Terms of Business
Our fees for selling a property are competitive, we charge a fixed fee plus VAT, currently 20%. The commission would include internet advertising on this web site, rightmove and onthemarket, floor plan, energy performance certificate, for sale sign rental, photographs, office display and sale particulars. If the property is withdrawn from sale there would be no charge.
